Newbury, Basingstoke, Winchester or Tidworth.
This is so we can limit the miles on our bags, and further help support the woodlands our charcoal comes from.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If there are any issues with your Caveman Delivery, please contact us through the email listed below. Returns and Refunds are possible, terms and conditions are listed below:
You are eligible for a return and full refund if the charcoal has been compromised upon delivery. This includes charcoal becoming wet due to damage to the bag when delivered, tears and improper seals. this needs to be proven with a photo upon delivery so please check your Caveman delivery, and we'll be happy to send you a new batch.
